Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to start a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In their original packaging
- With tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Start a Return
Click HERE to begin a self-service return directly through your account on our website:
- Log in to your account using the email you used at checkout.
- Go to Order History and select the order you want to return.
- Under Manage click Request Return and follow the prompts.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Please do not send anything without first submitting a return request—unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges
Need something different? The fastest way is to start a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
